I have deleted this sentence a few times but now have decided to keep it, work it out, and move it forward. Welcome to my discombobulated mindset in writing at the moment.
The reason I write in this moment? I need to think it out, comprehend it, and capture the reasoning quickly before I forget why I am thinking differently then my normal self. So, that gets me to the point of this post and the theory behind my writing.
How do you comprehend the times that are different?
I am not speaking about the bad times or the hard times but simply the situations that are just confusing and can have multiple right answers with only one that can be chosen. For me, there seems to be a confusing ‘fog’ that is overwhelming my mindset in the area of writing.
My goal for the day is to step myself through a list of thoughts to move my clarity back in and focus forward. In essence, I have a routine since life is different often, people are confusing, and the world wont stop for you to figure it out. This is my list:
- Breath and take it all for a walk
- Remember that it is all a circle and will be back to me soon
- Ask myself if I have a day to be confused (can I stop everything for one day)
- If not, step up and get the job done while working through it.
Basic ideas but ones that I have to remind myself especially in moments like this where the blog has been lacking for a simple ‘relaxation’ of writing ideas. It is time to walk and step forward into to the reasons that my mind works the way it does and here we go…
