Recently, I have been trying to analyze why I like working out in the morning. For me, it helps my day ‘go smoother’ and stay more focused. But why? Why does it help me get motivated and be productive?
My goal is to know and understand the ins / outs of what we call “business” especially in the area of technology and yet, there seems to be a wall stopping a connection between myself and entrepreneurs of like minds to connect.
An early morning came and breakfast at McDonalds was inevitable. So, Mark (@Flackbas) and I met up, had breakfast, and chatted life with a mixing bowl of business.
With a lot of ideas floating around, there seems to always be space to network / chat / organize / and take time to think. I have to say that this has been a good week thus far and it continues.

As you watch companies like Facebook or its now underdog MySpace, there seems to be this ‘aw’ and ‘astonishment’ to these brilliant ideas that Mark Zuckenberg and others came up with.
Often when it comes to brainstorming, I’ve realized that I don’t contemplate the ideas for a extensive period of time. Simple as that, I don’t sit down and think over a concept after it has come into existence. There are moments on a regular basis that need simple time and contemplation rather then quick decisions.
For a little while I’ve tried to figure out why my mind comes up with random ideas on a regular basis. I am not just talking about new entrepreneurial ideas but also business solutions, inventions, systems, and performance styles.
I almost used this as a venting post for my thoughts then realized, what is the purpose and who would care? Everyone has a bad day and this blog isn’t about exploiting it. To be honest, I am not even having a bad day, but my mind is leading me down the road of upset over nothing.
